By using ToolWise, you agree to these terms.
1. The Tools Are Free Forever
All current and future tools on ToolWise are and will always remain 100% free for personal and commercial use. No paywalls, no “pro” versions, no usage limits — ever.
2. Everything Runs in Your Browser
Your files, text, images, and any data you process never leave your device and are never uploaded to our servers (unless you explicitly use a future optional API).
3. No Warranty – Use at Your Own Risk
- The tools are provided “as is” without any warranties
- We are not liable for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by using the tools
- Always double-check important conversions, calculations, or outputs
4. Acceptable Use
- Don’t use ToolWise for illegal activities
- Don’t attempt to overload, hack, or abuse the service
- Don’t resell or rebrand the tools as your own paid product
5. We Can Change or Discontinue Tools
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. We’ll try our best to keep everything working smoothly.
6. Ownership & License
You own your content. We own the ToolWise code and design. You’re free to use the tools for any lawful purpose.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
